1. The Deadline for the Online Registration is July 31, 2016.
The deadline for the online registration of the ACK 2016 is July 31, 2016. There are only a few days left. After the early bird registration is closed, the participation fee will be increased. If you are planning to take part in the conference or in particular, if you are going to submit an abstract, it would be cheaper to pay the participation fee first before the early bird registration is closed. In addition, your early registration will be a great help for the ACKOC to prepare the conference. We would like to request your cooperation.
2. If you are planning to submit an abstract, please consider the early bird registration first.
The on-line abstract submission and registration are available after signing up on the website. The ACKOC will close abstract submission early for the efficient preparation of the event. In addition, since the participation fee will be increased after the early bird registration period, so if you are preparing to submit an abstract, it would be cheaper to complete early bird registration first.
3. Special Programs
The ACKOC is preparing various kinds of special programs to enhance the academic and professional quality of the event. Special programs including ‘the Symposium on Integrated Kinesiologist Qualification System will be held as followed.

4. Introduction of the Adviser’s Lecture
ACKOC would like to introduce the adviser’s lecture. Dr. KOBAYASHI is one of advisers for the Preparatory Committee for Foundation of Asian Society of Kinesiology (PCFASK). He will give us a lecture about a model of small fitness gym for elderly person in Japan. He is the former professor of Tokyo University and worked as the president of the Japan Society of Physical Education, Health and Sport Sciences from 2005 to 2009. 5. Reservation for the Guest House
Attendees of the ACK 2016 can stay at the Global Guest House in Songdo, Incheon. Students may use standard rooms (Twin, $ 50 per night), and professors may use VIP rooms (Single, $ 100 per night). You can register at the ACK 2016 website from June 11 (MON).

In Songdo, Incheon where the ACK 2016 will be held, you would find various kinds of excellent accommodations. 7. Registration for the Chairman’s Cup Tennis League
A tennis league to commemorate the Asia Conference of Kinesiology (ACK) 2016 and the foundation of the Asian Society of Kinesiology (ASK) will be held. The ACKOC are receiving applications for participation on our website from June 11 (MON), so please apply in established procedures if you want to take part in the league.
8. Tour
Located in the heart of the city, Lotte World is the perfect spot for entertainment and sightseeing. It is a theme park filled with thrilling rides, an ice rink and different kinds of parades, as well as a folk museum, a lake, and much more. Approximately 6,000,000 visitors are welcomed every year, and about 10% of the visitors are international tourists. The structure inside makes use of the natural sunlight, and it is open for visitors all year round, regardless of the weather.
