[2025 WCKSS] Attendance at the Closing & Award Ceremony

Dear Award & Grant Applicants,

We would like to inform all applicants of the following important details regarding the Closing & Award Ceremony of the 2025 World Congress on Kinesiology and Sport Science (WCKSS):

All applicants are kindly requested to attend the Closing & Award Ceremony.

Please note that if an awardee is absent from the ceremony, the award may be forfeited.

The Closing & Award Ceremony will be held as follows:
Date: Day 3, October 27, 2025
Time: 11:00–12:00
Room: Halla Hall A

*Please note that this attendance requirement does not apply to the KAKACEP Award Ceremony awardees.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to celebrating the achievements of all participants together at the ceremony.
